Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy; simply email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order so we can share our studio address and help make your return as efficient as possible.
Goods need to be in an unworn and/or unused condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns that have been worn, soiled or that are returned outside of the 30-day period.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
Please note that we do not refund postal costs.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements as set out above.
Returns will be credited to the original credit card or payment method used for the purchase.
Please note: All items returned to us are at your own risk, we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
